Ever since Zach was little he has dreamed of following in his parents’ footsteps and travelling to Japan one day. When we met he shared this dream and together we made a promise to someday visit Japan. Over the years we have been fortunate to visit many places together but we never made it to Japan.
Finally in 2019 we took the plunge, quit our jobs in Canada and moved to Japan. We have been living and travelling in Japan since March 2019. For the first three months we backpacked across Japan from Tokyo to the southern island of Kyushu. After that we settled in Tokyo for a couple months before taking off again and going on a road trip around Northern Japan and Hokkaido for one month. Since September 2019 we have been living and working in Tokyo. In our free time we continue to explore and travel around Tokyo and the surrounding areas. We can’t wait to share our favourite places, attractions, food and drinks with you.
